U.S. appeals court has ordered Google to revoke the anti-Muslim movie Innocence of Muslims from YouTube video site.
The film Innocence of Muslims has sparked outrage and demonstrations across the world due to the negative portrayal of the Prophet Muhammad. The film was posted online, to coincide with the September 2012 attacks in the U.S. embassy in Benghazi, Libya, that killed four Americans, including the American ambassador.
Decision of the Court of Appeal Region 9, U.S., in San Francisco, confirmed the lawsuit an actress who wants the lifting of the film from YouTube. He claimed duped into appearing in the film without knowing the film's anti-Muslim propaganda and received death threats for his role in the film.
The court said the trial judge err when he refused earlier ordered the removal of the film.
